But does it do blindfold (input by notation, rather than board) chess? That seems like a pretty basic feature to implement, and so good for visualization practice, yet does not seem available anywhere. I would buy PocketFritz (only) for this feature.

Ashish, it does play blindfold, but move input is with a board.

    Comments:
+ Very strong Hiarcs 12.1 Engine. Maybe it is the strongest Engine available for PDA.
+ Very Fast Connection with huge online opening book and with >4 million game database. A search on position gives answer within 2-10 seconds.
    - Piece design of the queen is very ugly. Why not copy the excellent design of the Fritz pieces?
    - Opening Book screen + analysis screen is not available as a combination option.
Only Notation + opening book or Notation + analysis screen is available.

Query only: Can this Pocket Fritz3 be installed in a mobile phone? If so, what type of mobile phone/s can it be installed? Or maybe Pocket Fritz3 has its own mobile unit suited for its purpose? Please advise accordingly. Thank you!
