World Cup finalist Alexander Grischuk, who is currently playing in Rogaska Slatina, Slovenia for the European Club Cup,  was recently interviewed for the Russian Chess Federation website. WhyChess has an English translation. One quote:

Yes, before the second game, which I had to win, I prepared right up until breakfast – that started at 6am in the hotel. So I went to breakfast and then to sleep.
