The third round of the FIDE Grand Prix in Thessaloniki was marked by another dramatic time trouble loss for Vassily Ivanchuk, similar to the many examples at the London Candidates tournament in March. In a completely winning position, with less than a minute on the clock the Ukrainian couldn't find his way in the complications and even lost, on time. The other games ended in draws.
