Dutch league
26... Nc5+ 27. Ke3 My opponent did not notice a cheap tactical shot which at first sight seems to win a pawn. During the game I was rather convinced it would give me some winning chances but afterwards it seems just like a nice attempt to lose. Simply 27.Ke3 seems just equal.
27... Bxf4+?! 28. Kxf4 Nd3+ 29. Ke3 Nxc1 30. a3 Ke5 31. Kd2? This move is losing. Now Black wins the c3 square (with the king or the b-pawn).
31. b4! Na2 (31... Kxd5 32. Kd2 Just wins the knight.)
32. Kd3! And nice position. Black can not move his knight or king as that would lose the knight. If the knight moves to c1 then Kc2 and if ....Kxd5 then White replies with Bb3+. If the black king moves away for e5 then white can collect the knight with his king, not having to count with ...Kd4 securing the c3 square. The only moves Black can make without losing the knight are pawn moves, but the disadvantage of pawn moves is that they often run out. 32... b6 33. Bf3 And now I realy can not find a way out for Black and I just think White is winning, i.e.: 33... b5 34. g3 g5 35. Bd1 h6 36. Bf3 h5 37. h4 g4 38. Bd1 Nc1+ 39. Kc2 Na2 40. Kb2 Kxd5 41. Kxa2 e5
31... Na2 32. b4 32. Kd3 This move comes too late now. 32... a5! Takes the b4 square and plans ...b7-b5-b4 securing the c3 square to enable the knight return to the action.
32... Kd4
Now everything is over of course.
33. Bg4 b6 34. Bc8 a5 35. bxa5 bxa5 36. Be6 Nc3 37. Kc2 Nxd5 38. Kb3 Nb6 39. Bf7 g5 0-1
