Ron, Kramnik - Aronian 1-1, so I guess it is high time to congratulate Levon. With one round to spare, he became the Champion of the Amber with a very solid 2.5-point lead over his closest pursuers. Not bad huh, takin?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ into consideration the number of champions (former and present) and challengers.
So my congratulations to the admirers of Aronian?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s talent. I guess he's ready to join the club of Classical World Champions and to become another Armenian chessplayer after Petrosian and Kasparov to hold this title.

"...without the players seeing board and pieces..." Aren't they going to play on the blank board on the computer this time? (with board and without pieces).

Previous years they only had a screen, not a board.

Gelfand,.Lubo, Topa, Moro Vas. Hi Pete, Can we have the whole press conference. I would have liked Gelfand geometrising around the board; conforontation with Lubo is funny! Thanks for some very cool editing. I liked the Gelfand special especially. You have a nice style to summarise.

Ivanchuk's queen sac steals all the honours. Greetings from Remagen ("Bridge of" / "Miracle of"() where Ivanchuk is our preferred board one (in the Bundesliga of course)..

Aronian's play is very impressive. I would even say, that the "stormic" way he crushed all of his rivals makes of Amber a one-player-tournament. This doesn't mean that the others are weaker or less interesting players, but still... world champions and superplayers like Kramnik, Leko, Carlsen are 2.5 points behind'im , Topalov and Ivanchuk - 3 points, Anand -3.5 and etc. And it really sounds silly, when people say, "well it's nothing, they are playin' 4 fun".

What's the result of v. Wely - Gelfland this evening? Transmission from the official site stopped after the 14th move or something.
