1.Nxe4 fxe4 2.Bxe4 Qf7 and now we can get a rook for a bishop with 3.Bxd8 Rxd8 and a powerful attack.
But I'm not 100% percent sure, what happens if black declines. Possible alternatives could be 1...Be5+ Kh1 2.Nf4 and in my opinion Black is the attacker. Or even 1...Rde8 pinning the knight. Very complex position.

it looks complicated my idea was somehow to put the queen on h4 so one variant is
1.Nxe4 like thorex said and the other is
1.Nf7+ Qxf7
2.Bxd8 Rxd8
3.Qh4
and now depends how the rook is defended either d7 or Rxe4
