My first idea was 1.Ng5+ Kg6 2.Rd6+ Kxg5 3. Bxg8. But then I didn't see anything interesting. Perhaps there are better first moves, but it doesn't matter, because I'm sure my second try is the solution:

1. Rxg7 Rxg7 2. Nf8+ Kh8 3. Rxh6 Rh7 4.Rxh7#

Nice combination!
