1.Rxg7 Kxg7 2.Qg5+ and the forced continuation ...Kf8 3.Be7+ Kf8 4.Bd6 and it should be mate soon.

But because of our attacked knight I'm not sure what happens after the counter sacrifice 1...Nxe5 2.Qxe5 cxd5. Perhaps later today...

Pretty combination! 1.Rxg7 definitely looks right. The position after 4.Bd6 in your first line is totally winning. And 1...Nxe5 will not save Black. After 2.Qxe5 cxd4 White can retreat the rook 3.Rg4 Rh7 and now 4.Qg5 looks winnning.

Looks right, Rxg7 Kxg7 Qg5 Kh7 is of course also lost because of Bf6 Nxf6 exf Rg8 Qh5#
