i thing Nd4 and because of the weakness on e6 it can not be taken:
1.Nd4 Bxd4
2.Qxe6+ Kg7 (2... Ke8 3.Nc6#)
3.Qg6+ Kh8
4.Qh6#
so if Black plays
2... e5
3.Ne6 Qxc2
4.Rd2 Qsomewhere
and than i'm not very sure but
5.Kxg2 Kxe7
6.Nxg7
and white are piece up but black has 2 passed pawns probably the king is weak
so white will be able to attak it before the pased pawns are pushed
i dont want to sound like writing a book:))) i'm realy average player so i'm just
trying to explain my thoughts:)))

Nd4 looks nice, but I'm afraid your 1... e5 debunks this idea. After 2.Ne6 the e7 knight is still hanging, so Black could go for an agressive simplification with 2....Bxd1 3.Nxc5 Bxd3 4.Nxd3 Kxf7 and Black has two rooks for the queen and an extra pawn. This should be enough compensation.

Perhaps it's not stupid to prevent this option with
2.Kxg2 Kxe6 3.fxe5 Bxe5 4.Qe4 preparing fxg6. Afterwards it will get very dangerous for Black on the kingside.

P.S.
I don't think it's bad to "sound like writing a book". Everyone can post Fritz calculated lines. Explaining the idea behind certain moves shows that you really did it yourself.

yes i'm sorry in my second line it's not 2... e5 its 1... e5 so and i did'n look for your
line sacrificing the queen but the e pawn will fall the center will be open and the
king is weak so i'm not sure but your line with 2.Kxg2 looks also good but why not
instead 3.fe white to play 3.Ne6 Qxc2+ 4.Rd2 Qsomewhere 5.Nxf8 wining the
exchange

i uderstand it now because black has chech on c6 so 4... Qc6+ lets see the solution tomorow it might be not 1.Nd4 at all:)))

1.Nd4 looks strong, I think. Sure Black's 1...e5 spoils White's fun, but both 2.Ne6 and 2.Kxg2 seem to give White a nice advantage based on the lines posted. After 2.Ne6 the queen sac 2...Bxf1 3.Nxc5 is a clever resource for Black but surely White still comes out on top in this line. 2.Rf2 might be another response to consider after Black's 1...e5, but I think think the lines already mentioned based on 2.Ne6 and 2.Kxg2 look very good for White.
