Kasparov-Karpov: press conference video
After Arne posted about our arrival in Valencia and the press conference, it's my turn. At the end of this long, first day in this remarkably pretty city (some beautiful photos will be added tomorrow!) the video of the press conference on Monday afternoon has been recorded, edited and uploaded. I've removed all unnecessary bits and Spanish translations, and added a few shots from tonight's simuls. Enjoy! Update: playing schedule added.

IMHO chessvibes (like chessbase) has disqualified itself by not bringing live coverage of K-K.
My compliments to chessdom and chessok.
Even the guardian provided live coverage.
I hope you guys are having fun in Spain. Too bad you forgot about your viewers.

whether they are in-form or out of form, any karpov-kasparov match will be a worthy-interesting one , a possibly bloody battle between two gladiators!
kudos to the organisers!

Yes that was out of line. My compliments to chessvibes for not censoring it.
I see in the newer post that: "Also, the press room was rather far from the playing hall, which prevented an easy live transmission of the games."
