Does anyone know what Fontaine asks Kramnik, near the end of the interview, right before Kramnik says he does not like to answer this question. Kramnik then says he will answer it in November after he hopefully wins the match. I could not understand due to the poor audio. Thanks.

Something like:

"Imagine you are world champion, what you would do? Just a tournament?"

Great that he solves chess studies in his head when swimming, because he don't like the swimming!!! :D

He can't run because his back problems.
Mister Kramnik, consider rowing! (on a machine)
That sport trains all muscles, is excellent for condition and is much more fun than swimming.
It also has no impact on joints and is even strengthening the back!

Please think! If the man can not run how can he row? For is back problem this is just worse. The strain in the spine is much, much bigger!

Kramnik is obviously a class player. I dont know why he tries to defend himself in each interview that he is better match player and what he is doing is right thing. ( Especially after Dortmund and initial Tal results, I felt he tries to defend/ reason himself from these bad results which not necessary for a confidant/class player )
