In de groep van de jonge Rus doet IM Manuel Bosboom [vandaag jarig trouwens! - red.] het verrassend goed. Met een rating van 2375 is hij weliswaar op papier de hekkensluiter, maar voorafgaand aan de negende ronde bezette hij wel mooi de vierde plaats met een uitstekende score van 5 uit 8! Reden voor mij om gisteren zijn partij tegen de charmante Nadezhda Kosintseva live te volgen. En tja, dan zal je het altijd zien... Maar evengoed wil ik jullie de partij niet onthouden:
