Last Bundesliga weekend
The last two rounds of the Schachbundesliga take place 28th and 29th March 2009. OSG Baden-Baden is top of the table and faces Solingen and Wattenscheid at home. The team from the Southwest of Germany needs only two points to celebrate his fourth title in a row.
The teams of Solingen, Tegernsee, Eppingen and Bremen are fighting for two qualification places for the European Club Cup. Tegernsee and Bremen seem to have the best chances thanks to their easier schedule. After Tegernsee withdrew his team for the next season and Dresden is far behind at the bottom of the league most likely Trier and Munich will be the two further relegated teams.
All games of the last two rounds – as all games throughout the whole season – will be covered live in the internet. You can follow the games - just click at one of the four venues - at the website of the Schachbundesliga: http://www.schachbundesliga.de.

Neither does Topalov as far as I know ... . BTW, actually most top players don't play that many games: "everything else" takes priority on their schedule (they will not hesitate to choose between Corus/Linares/Amber and the Bundesliga), and maybe the club's budget only allows to use them in certain key matches.
Some statistics from the Bundesliga webpage on the Baden-Baden team this season:
Anand played NO games
Carlsen and Adams played two games each
Well, Shirov, Svidler and Movsesian (10/7/9 games) are still "good enough" for the top boards :) and at least the best "German reserve players" (Naiditsch, Dautov, Schlosser) ended up playing after all (12/11/10 games).
Ivanchuk (Remagen) also didn't play at all [of course I mean in this team competition ...] - maybe he is just a joker if things go really well or really badly?
And BTW, I am missing Aronian - who used to play for a team from Berlin and is actually living there. Maybe he simply became too expensive?

I can add that maybe Baden-Baden could hire BOTH Topalov and Kramnik - including in their contracts that they will never play together in the same match (and thus are in no way obliged to talk to each other).

leandro, yes Anand is playing first board for Baden-Baden (as mentioned in this report).
Concerning the official page:
1) There are live games, just click on the venues (next to "Live-?ºbertragungen) - the first time they are given on the frontpage, in smaller font size than just below.
2) On language issues: Maybe you missed something, but - while players come from all over the place - it is still the GERMAN First League. Coverage is by volunteers, in the first place for the German public, maybe it is a bit too much to ask to translate everything into English
[I do complain myself when Linares has most coverage only in Spanish, but I think that's another story ...]
