The Portuguese team championships ended on Sunday in a clear and convincing victory for the defending champions and the hosting team from Gaia – with grandmasters Tivakov, Korneev, Hoffman, Ftacnik, rising Spanish star Ivan Lopez Salgado and the Portuguese IM Antonio Frois.
