Abhijeet Gupta won the 2013 Commonwealth Open Chess Championship in Port Elizabeth, South-Africa on Sunday. Anton Korobov was leading for most of the tournament and eventually the Ukrainian champion won the AICF-AAI Cup in New Delhi with 6.5/10, a full point more than Evgeny Alekseev of Russia.
