Since quite a while now, the Dutch chess fans can play through the games of the Dutch top league thanks to Schakers.info. Thanks to the respective team captains, we should say, because they are the ones who collect all the games. Here and there a few mistakes are made, but I guess we cannot really blame them for this. However, every now and then games are not completely entered, which was the case with the important match Share Dimension-HSG.
This his how it was possible that GM Erwin l’Ami has been analysing an incorrectly entered game Spoelman-Rogers. He could prevent a big analytical mistake by making a phone call to Spoelman, but he could not prevent the game from being published with a wrong finish. Hereby Chessvibes asks all the team captains to let the game files they send to Schakers.info or other places, be double-checked by the players! (Luckily, globe-trotter Ian Rogers who is in Shanghai now, emailed me the correct finish of his game against Spoelman.)
