Just like in Morelia, the journalists are having trouble with the internet connection in the hotel. That’s why the reporting over here had a bit of a slow start. But to begin with, here are yesterday’s games with comments.

I must say, although the tournament isnt over yet, anand is clearly deserving to win, he is really playing in a level of his own. very precise and inspired chess with very few mistakes. who deserves the 2nd spot is an open question.

La partida de Radjabov acaba en tablas pero estaba muy interesante, que pena.
    ¿por qué ofrecería tablas Radjabov?

The link to the tournament website has been updated - it’s now leading to the Linares website.

Here there’s no problem. Can you send your browser and operating system in the “quick email” area on the right?

Got the same problem: the Anand game is hidden behind an advertisement for a chess trip to Kazachstan!

When i see the page on IE 7.0 on XP, anand - shirov game (chess board is displayed on the comments area and the comments section is further to the right of where KAZACHSTAN ad is displayed). Fire fox is showing OK.
