Why there is no game-speaking press conference from the last round

I’m very impressed by Carlsen’s play. He really deserved to win the tournament. Ditto for Aronia though I’m not surprised by his result. He’s already among the very best in the world and a worthy successor to the great Tigran Petrossian.

What was the last sentence from Levon?

What a great guy he is! I am Norwegian, and of course a Magnus-fan, but I must say Levon is a very likeable person!

Levon said “and my best moment was when he didn’t win.” chuckles. I had to listen to it a couple times to catch that.

    Well, well, well

    Well is the answer!

Amazing how “well, uh” got to be the ubiquitious start of any answer :-)

Could it be that Magnus is “the one”? His play reminds me of the late, great you know who. Fighting in every game to win. Long live Magnus and chess!!
