Chess The Bowmore Way

When a Scottish whisky brand decides to promote their new website with a chess video, then ChessVibes is willing to help them a bit. Because it’s not an easy thing to actually get British Champion GM Jacob Aagaard before the camera to explain the incredibly complicated… scholar’s mate.
We’re talking about Bowmore, their new website can be found here and this is the video we were mentioning:
So, what do you think?

Web designer is not a chess player, - The old “Schools Maid trick” ?!
haha
But is interesting.
“Schools Maid trickâ€`
hahahahahahahaha
At least it’s better to follow than this one: http://www.expertvillage.com/video/9057_chess-fools-mate.htm
I think it’s a radical improvement that chess/chessplayers are acquiring awkward sponsorships in products and services that have nothing to do with chess and are promoting(?!) chess in some shape, form, or fashion… But something just doesn’t feel genuine about this…
Some 4 years ago I had a private lesson by Jacob in Copenhagen and after he first poured me a few whiskies he tried to trick me in the same manner. I can testify he really is an expert in this variation.
Met zo’n geweldige vondst als het herdersmat heb je geen Pocket Fritz meer nodig!
