Is in this weeks puzzle black still aloud to castle?

I think so, otherwise Kd6 wins quickly. I am looking at 1. Nf6+ gxf6 (1... Kd8 2. Kd6 followed by Ne7 and Rc8#) 2. Kd6 O-O (2... Kd8 3. Ne7 and Rc8#) 3. Ke7 Ra8 (3...Bb2 4. Rg1+) 4. Rg1+ Kh8 5. Nd6 Ra7+ 6. Kf8 Ra8+ 7. Ne8. Apologies for any impossible or ridiculous moves, I'm doing it from memory as the reply page doesn't show me the diagram.
