Neither do I. Or maybe it is too deep to me?
Come again, Afek!

White has an easy draw, but maybe the stipulation is wrong and white should win.
White can't win easily:
1.Bb6+ Kb4 2.Bxf2 Rd2+ 3.Kb1 Kxb3! 4.Be3 Rd1+ 5.Bc1 Kxa4 6.Rd8 Kb3 7.d6 b4 8.d7 Rd5 9.Bb2 Rd1+ no progress.
or 4.Rxb5 Kxa4 5.Rc5 Rxf2 seems a draw to me.
