1.Rxa3 should still work. 1. Rxa3 Rd2+ 2.Kc6 Rc2+ 3. Kd8, e1(Q), 4. Ra1+, Rc1 and now 5. Ra2 ! and black queen has no secure way of giving check to white king Any other move and the white king can switch between d7-d8 sqaures

Rxa3 looks good to me. Black can't promote the other pawn then, and if black gives some checks you just make sure that black can't promote with check.
I am probably missing something, cause this looks easy, and the endgame studies never are.

Rxa3 is a mistake after Rd2+ Kc5 Rc2+ Kb4 e1=Q White lose

1.Rxa3 Rd2+ 2.Kc6 Rc2+ and black will queen the pawn, because Ra1+ fails to Rc1.

Looks right. Mutual zugzwang at the end: Rb1 Kd7! Rb7+ Kc8 Rb1 Kd7 Rc1 Kd8 the Q can never check.
