1/2 1/2 is a typo of course.
The study starts at move 6, the moves before are just a lot of noise. Not the best I've seen here!

i don't see the win for white in this position after 10. Qxc4. It seems to me, that it is simply 1/2 1/2.

10 ... Ke1 11 Qe4+ Kf2 12 Qd3 Ke1 13 Qe3+ Kd1 14 Kb4 etc., as you will find in any basic endgame book.

About last week solution. Why does it says 10. Qc4 + 1/2 1/2 ? isn't that just won for white since it is a d-pawn?

so there was a mistake : it was white to play and win, and not white to play and draw
well this happens but this is a bit upsetting if you have spent some time on this very chaotic position
