I might have it totally wrong, but white win easily after the last move!
How can it be a draw?

I put it in Shredder tomorrow. But I think white's King his to run to far around. And black picks up the a pawn and starts running with his a- pawn. I guess if white got stuck with an a- pawn he can't win anymore. But I agree, it is still hard to see if it is a win for black or a draw.

Just put it in Shredder to make sure. I had to reduce the number of pieces, so played Nxe7 and Kxa5, gives win in 31 moves for white. So I guess it isn't an easy win but still a win.
I admit at first it looked winning to me but then I thought, the composer and the website know it probably better then me (not thinking that they would have made an error). And guessed that with the White king that has to do alot of walking around it might be a draw.

about 221 :
the subtitle White to play and draw
and conclusion 1/2-1/2
are obviously wrong.
A pity that the webmaster does not care about such details.
